1. 接受条款与适用范围

下载、安装、访问或使用 Co-work，即表示你同意本使用条款和隐私政策。如果你不同意，请不要使用服务。

从 Apple App Store 获得的 Co-work 还受 Apple 标准许可应用最终用户许可协议（EULA） 约束。本页补充说明 Co-work 的产品和服务规则；如与 Apple 标准 EULA 冲突，以适用的 Apple 条款为准。

2. 使用资格与匿名账号

你必须年满 13 岁，并具备在所在地同意本条款所需的法律行为能力；未达到法定成年年龄时，应由家长或法定监护人同意。Co-work 可能使用设备生成的匿名标识建立应用内账号。你应妥善保护设备、访问凭证和由你控制的工作区。

3. AI、Agent 与工具执行

• AI 和 Agent 输出可能不准确、不完整、过时或与事实不符。你应在使用结果前进行检查。
• 不要仅依赖 Co-work 作出医疗、法律、财务、安全或其他高风险决定。
• Agent 能力会因下载渠道而异。Mac App Store 版本只在你通过系统选择器授权的文件夹内处理文件，并提供 Co-work 的联网搜索与图片生成；不开放 Shell、CLI 或自定义 MCP。官网下载版本可能在你明确授权后运行命令、联网或调用自定义工具。
• 请在授权前确认工作区、权限范围和任务内容，并为重要文件保留备份。需要额外积分的联网搜索与图片生成会在执行前单独提示。
• 你对提交的指令、授予的权限、使用的工具以及采用或发布输出所产生的后果负责。
• 部分模型、工具或在线服务由第三方提供，可能受其可用性、速率限制和附加条款影响。

4. 你的内容

你保留对所提交内容依法享有的权利。为了运行你选择的功能，你授予 Co-work 一项有限、非独占的许可，仅在提供、保护和改进服务所必要的范围内托管、复制、传输和处理内容，包括向完成请求所需的 AI 及基础设施服务商提供相关内容。

你确认自己有权提交和处理相关内容，并且不会通过 Co-work 侵犯他人的知识产权、隐私或其他合法权益。

5. Apple 自动续费订阅

• 确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
• 除非你在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前取消，否则订阅会自动续费。
• Apple 可能在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内按下一周期价格收取续费。
• 如果提供免费试用，试用资格和期限以 Apple 在购买界面显示的信息为准；在试用结束前未取消将转为付费订阅。
• 购买后可在 Apple 订阅设置中管理或取消。
• 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，可前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。

通过 App Store 以外的授权渠道获得 Co-work 时，下载页、结账页或该渠道展示的附加条款也可能适用；没有明确展示和确认的费用不会由本条款单独产生。

6. 积分、会员权益与服务变化

积分和会员权益仅用于 Co-work 内的功能与用量，不是现金、存款或可转让财产。不同模型、工具和任务可能消耗不同积分。我们可以为安全、成本、第三方能力或产品改进调整可用模型、功能和积分规则，并会在应用或相关页面中反映重要变化。

7. 禁止行为

你不得：

• 利用服务从事违法、欺诈、侵权、骚扰、恶意软件、未经授权访问或破坏系统的活动。
• 绕过权限、配额、订阅、风控或安全措施，或干扰服务和其他用户。
• 提交你无权处理的个人信息、机密材料、文件或账号凭证。
• 以违反第三方工具、模型、网站或平台条款的方式使用 Co-work。
• 在法律禁止的范围内逆向工程、出租、转售或冒充 Co-work 服务。

8. 知识产权

Co-work 应用、网站、品牌、界面和相关软件由开发者或许可方拥有。除本条款和适用 EULA 明确授予的有限使用权外，不向你转让相关知识产权。AI 输出的权利归属和可保护性可能因所在地法律、输入内容和模型服务商条款而不同。

9. 可用性与责任边界

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Co-work 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不保证服务始终不中断、无错误或满足所有用途。我们会合理维护服务，但第三方模型、网络、Apple 服务、系统权限或外部工具可能造成延迟、中断或结果变化。

对于你在未检查结果、未备份重要文件或授予超出需要的权限后产生的可避免损失，你应承担相应责任。本条款不排除或限制适用法律不允许排除或限制的权利和责任。

10. 暂停与终止

当存在违法使用、严重滥用、安全风险、未支付费用或违反本条款的情况时，我们可以限制或终止相关功能。你可以随时停止使用应用；停止使用不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请在 Apple 订阅设置中另行取消。

11. 条款更新

我们可能根据产品、服务商或法律变化更新本条款。更新后会修改页面顶部日期；继续使用服务即表示你接受生效后的条款，但适用法律另有要求的除外。

1. Acceptance and scope

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Co-work, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Co-work obtained through the Apple App Store is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms provide additional product and service rules. If they conflict with the applicable Apple EULA, the applicable Apple terms control.

2. Eligibility and anonymous account

You must be at least 13 and have the legal capacity required to accept these Terms where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must agree. Co-work may use a device-generated anonymous identifier to create an in-app account. You are responsible for protecting your device, access credentials, and workspaces under your control.

3. AI, Agent, and tool execution

• AI and Agent output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent with facts. Review results before using them.
• Do not rely on Co-work alone for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
• Agent capabilities vary by distribution channel. The Mac App Store edition works with files only inside folders you authorize through the system picker and offers Co-work web search and image generation; it does not expose Shell, CLI, or custom MCP tools. The direct-download edition may run commands, access the network, or call custom tools after you explicitly grant permission.
• Confirm the workspace, permission scope, and task before approval, and keep backups of important files. Web search and image generation that cost extra points are shown for separate confirmation before execution.
• You are responsible for your instructions, granted permissions, selected tools, and the consequences of using or publishing output.
• Some models, tools, and online services are provided by third parties and may be subject to their availability, rate limits, and additional terms.

4. Your content

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. To operate the features you choose, you grant Co-work a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service, including disclosure to AI and infrastructure providers needed to complete the request.

You represent that you have the right to submit and process the content and that your use will not infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.

5. Apple auto-renewable subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Apple may charge the renewal price within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, eligibility and duration are those shown by Apple in the purchase flow. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• After purchase, manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings.
• Apple handles refund requests under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you obtain Co-work through an authorized channel outside the App Store, additional terms shown on the download or checkout page may apply. These Terms alone do not create a fee that was not clearly displayed and confirmed.

6. Points, membership benefits, and service changes

Points and membership benefits are used only for features and usage within Co-work; they are not cash, deposits, or transferable property. Models, tools, and tasks may consume different amounts. We may adjust available models, features, and point rules for security, cost, third-party capability, or product improvement, and will reflect material changes in the app or relevant pages.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, malware-related, unauthorized-access, or destructive activity.
• Bypass permissions, quotas, subscriptions, fraud controls, or security measures, or interfere with the service or other users.
• Submit personal information, confidential material, files, or credentials that you are not authorized to process.
• Use Co-work in a way that violates the terms of a third-party tool, model, website, or platform.
• Reverse engineer, rent, resell, or impersonate Co-work except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Intellectual property

The Co-work app, website, brand, interface, and related software are owned by the developer or licensors. No intellectual-property rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service under these Terms and the applicable EULA. Rights in, and protectability of, AI output may vary based on local law, input content, and model-provider terms.

9. Availability and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Co-work is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Third-party models, networks, Apple services, system permissions, and external tools may cause delays, interruptions, or changing results.

You are responsible for avoidable loss caused by using unreviewed output, failing to back up important files, or granting permissions beyond what a task requires. These Terms do not exclude or limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit or terminate features for unlawful use, serious abuse, security risk, unpaid charges, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Stopping use does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple subscription settings.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
